The location in downtown is perfect for attending events. it's literally across the street from the theater. Staff were friendly and accommodating, especially during check-in. Unfortunately, the safety of the hotel raised some concerns. Doors didn't lock properly at night, and I felt uneasy due to some questionable behavior in the hallways. Also, the air conditioning had issues. it was turned off when we returned late, and I couldn’t sleep well because of it. On the tech side, I wish there were options like streaming services available instead of just cable.

I encountered a rowdy situation with an intoxicated person in the hallways, luckily not directly connected to my stay. The inability to stream personal shows on the TV was disappointing. relying on cable-only options in a modern hotel feels outdated. Lastly, the king bed left much to be desired, proving uncomfortable enough for a sleepless night.
